After way too many years struggling with allll the eating issues (yes you name it and I’ve probably experienced it), I decided enough was enough and I embarked on my journey to food freedom.
I went and got lots of therapy & coaching, read every book and listened to every podcast I could find, and wouldn’t give up until I could finally feel normal around food again.
I didn’t take the easy path, but it worked. I’m now here as your coach to give you everything I’ve learned and guide you step by step on the exact path you need to stop binge eating & overeating in a way that’s much faster, simpler, & easier than you ever thought possible.
